A beautiful red with purple hues. On the nose, it's full of small red fruits with hints of mushroom and truffle. Elegant and well-balanced, with very fine tannins. Grapes are hand-harvested and then carried in small boxes to the winery, where they are sorted. Long fermentation takes places for 15 days in open wood vats, at controlled temperatures and with punching down. Wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 15% of which are new.
