Tasting notes

Fresh strawberry, white peach, ruby grapefruit, and a wisp of white flower. Crisp and dry with bright acidity, red berry, soft citrus, and a clean mineral lift. Long, dry, gently saline finish.

Grilled fish, salade niçoise, summer mezze, sushi, or as the warm-weather aperitif at a Shabbos lunch.
