THE GLENTURRET 15 YR SINGLE MALT SCOTCH WHISKY

Matured in both Pedro Ximénez and oloroso sherry casks, this is opulently perfumed on the nose, with berries, raisins, vanilla pastries, and a little hint of overripe fruit. The palate further shows the sherry influence, with a more pronounced rancio note and well-defined sweet and tart berry flavors. With each sip there’s a good hit of spice, with cinnamon and white pepper being most prominent. The finish is fruity and of moderate length.
