The
Christian Drouin Pommeau de Normandie is a traditional apple-based aperitif from Normandy, France, produced by the renowned Calvados maker Christian Drouin. It is made by blending fresh apple cider juice (must) with young Calvados apple brandy to prevent fermentation, resulting in a sweet, fruit-forward liqueur.
