Light yellow straw color, with a little bit of green. An aromatic Chardonnay, with aromas of apple, lemon and pineapple, alongside hints warm exotic spices. A round texture, almost full bodied, and a great acidity holding it all together towards a long, long finish. A Chardonnay combining the light and fresh together with complexity and tradition. Enjoy all worlds. Sourced from Yeruham Vineyards in the Negev Mountains, this wine was carefully crafted to highlight the region’s unique terroir. Fermented and aged sur lie in 100% new oak barrels, it develops remarkable depth, structure, and elegance. With time, it will continue to evolve, gaining even more complexity in the bottle.
