LOUIS MICHEL CHABLIS 1ER CRU MONTMAIN

The 2024 Montmains, Forêts, Butteaux and Vaillons had all been bottled at the end of November of 2025. The Montmains was showing beautifully, delivering a refined and nicely expressive bouquet of green apple, lime, wet stone minerality, straw, citrus peel and a topnote of dried flowers. On the palate the wine is deep, crisp and full-bodied, with good nascent complexity, a fine core of fruit, lovely soil signature, zesty acids and a long, beautifully balanced and nicely reserved finish.
