LOUIS MICHEL CHABLIS 1ER CRU FORETS

The 2024 Chablis “Forêts” from Domaine Louis Michel is very, very strong in this vintage. The wine is absolutely beautiful on the nose, hopping from the glass in a classic blend of pear, lemon, beeswax, a complex base of chalky soil tone and white lilies.

On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, focused and complex, with a succulent core of pure fruit, great mineral undertow and grip, a lovely spine of acidity and great backend precision on the impeccably balanced, complex and vibrant finish. Sante!
