ETIENNE SAUZET PULIGNY MONTRACHET 1ER CRU LA GARENNE

The technicolor palate quickly takes over from the reserved nose with its vivacious array of lemon chiffon pie, lime zest and Fuji apples. Steadfast concentration carries the soft oak impression into a long and caressing finish. It’s an unusually loquacious Garenne here, and it’s downright irresistible. Most of the cuvée is from 60-year-old vines with the rest coming from 20-year-old plantings.
