Viñas del Cenit Field Blend Tradición is a unique, pale red wine from the D.O. Tierra del Vino de Zamora in Spain. It revives century-old winemaking traditions by co-fermenting hand-harvested red (Tempranillo, Garnacha) and white (Doña Blanca, Godello, Palomino) grapes from 80-to-120-year-old vines.
Style: Officially labeled as a Clarete, it sits beautifully between a pale red and a dark rosé.
Tasting Notes: Bright and complex, offering aromas of raspberries, wild fruit, and dried rose petals. The palate is fresh, electric, and delicate, featuring vibrant acidity and supple tannins.
Winemaking: Grapes are treaded as whole bunches without destemming, undergo spontaneous fermentation, and age for 6 months in seasoned French oak barrels.
Pairings: Versatile and light enough to be served chilled. It pairs perfectly with charcuterie, grilled fish, roasted chicken, or a juicy shoulder of lamb
