BODEGAS FAUSTINO V RIOJA RESERVA 2018

Bodegas Faustino, one of the ‘First Families of Rioja’, was founded in 1861 by the Martinez family and is actively managed today by the 6th generation Martinez daughters.

This Reserva spends 2x time in barrel than what is required by the DOC Rioja. Aged for 24 months in American oak, followed by at least 12 months in bottle.

Ripe fruit, cedar and clove spice aromas. Rich red and black fruit flavors, compote, cedar and vanilla flavors hints of cinnamon and clove spice. Long, rich finish.

Pairs well with all kinds of meat dishes, mushrooms, ham, medium-aged cheeses and berry desserts.
